Ode to Summer - Dress Under $25

Summer is ending soon -- luckily it'll hold out a bit longer here in Atlanta. So I can keep my shift dresses and florals going on over the next month or so -- and by then, I'll still keep shifting and floral-ing into winter ... let's be real. I can't give up the simple cut of a shift dress and the grace of a floral print.

This pretty dress from Make Me Chic is only $24 -- and the rest of my accessories are all from Forever21, including the fabulous shoes. Scroll down for links and similar items <3

So I'm pretty much always throwing things around in my closet deciding what to wear... and for a moment, I thought "No, I can't - I wore this in winter/spring ... but maybe I can try it out in the summer?" And BAM, just like that I regained confidence in recycling some of my old pieces for the summer because a) ain't nobody got time to think about an outfit 6x before work and b) it actually works depending on what you pair it with!

This top is a simple one from Forever21, and I've linked multiple fabulous pleated skirts below! :)

Jumpin' into Summer

I'm in love with this TOBI jumpsuit. It's super flowy, and its wideleg cut is flattering. Chunky heels helped me give the look some height since I'm super short.

OH - and it's comfy enough to slip the straps off for easy bathroom trips. Come on, we're all thinking about it. Jumpsuits and rompers always need to come with a handy dandy plan for when you need to take that break after downing a lot of H2O to beat the summer heat.  They've got this in a rusty orange, too, which is gorg and can be found along with tons of other dresses at https://tobi.com!

Sidenote, it's a miracle I got Mr. Anup to snag some pics of me in this fabulous jumpsuit. Thanks, hubby 🙃
